Our oak fermented mixed culture ale that was rested on fresh red raspberries for an insanely bright and pungent treat. Choice barrels were pulled from our ever growing barrel selection and blended together to form a funky and lightly acidic base. The addition of over 6lbs per gallon of raspberries rounded out the beer and gave it the perfect amount of acidity. The bottle conditioning adds a lively finish for an easy drinking sour ale
