We hand selected Motueka from New Zealand, and the finest American hops to create this double dry hopped New England style IPA. Aromas of fresh peaches, passion fruit, and lychee will fill your senses followed by a zippy lemon-lime finish.

We held nothing back on this DIPA; loading up the mash tun with gooey oats and double dry hopping this with some of the most primo American and New Zealand varieties we could get our hands on. Massive sticky mango and sweet floral honey aromas give way to waves of citrus and tropical fruit delights.

Hazy DIPA with flavors of citrus, peach, and tropical mango. A soft pillowy mouthfeel from a big addition of oats back up by a unique blend of hops from our pals at Freestyle Hops in New Zealand.

Imperial version of Joose, intensely DDH Double IPA. Super easy to drink with juicy tropical fruit flavor and aromas.

The Quarry
Mild - Dark
A proper Session beer with plenty of robust flavors. This English Dark Mild was brewed with British pale and plenty of English specialty malts. Hopped solely with East Kent Goldings, this dark ale gives off wonderful flavors of brisk autumn mornings, toasted muffins, pale chocolate and herbaceous caramel.

A roasty and robust Porter brewed with a plethora of specialty and dark malts to create layers of chocolate, toasted bread, light roast coffee beans, and brown sugar.

Our Imperial Coffee Stout amplified with the additions of sticky marshmallow, luscious white milk chocolate, and decadent vanilla beans.

A rich and decadent Stout aged in a variety of bourbon barrels for over 16 months. We then conditioned it with behemoth mounds of coconut, cocoa nibs, vanilla and for a little added joy, toasted almonds.

A fresh and vibrant west coast IPA brewed with a gentle but sturdy malt body and 100% Southern Hemisphere hops. This combination leads to notes reminiscent of yellow kiwi, dewy flowers, sweet, soft pine sap, and juicy citrus.

A cidermaker's take on a Moscow Mule - this cider's been steeped with ginger and lime zest then finished with lime juice and fresh pressed apple juice.
