Light, hazy, and a little offbeat—just how we like it. This Bavarian-style Hefeweizen brings soft wheat malt and expressive yeast create notes of ripe banana and clove, wrapped in a smooth, pillowy body. Classic at its core, but with just enough character to keep things interesting.

TDH Violent Green

A TDH version of this NEIPA, we kept the same malt base for that beautiful and vibrant glow. We triple dry hopped with NZ Cascade, hand-selected Citra and Amarillo cryo consecutively for 3 days. Tropical gelato, sugar coated peach gummies, with a kiss of citrus haze, it's like being in a tropical rain forest during monsoon season.

A modern West Coast crusher built around a lineup of exceptional hops from the growers at Indie Hops in Oregon. Strata, Chinook, and the addition of Audacia combine for a layered expression of sticky resin, bright citrus, and deep pine complexity. Bold aromas of grapefruit peel, dank evergreen, crushed cannabis, and tropical rind rise from a crisp, lean body with just enough malt presence to let the hops fully shine. Audacia adds a vibrant floral-citrus edge that lifts the classic piney bitterness into something fresh, expressive, and endlessly drinkable.

A golden, silky smooth IPA that tastes like a fruited shake; double dry hopped with Simcoe, Citra, and New Zealand Motueka hops.
DDH Cliffside Push
IPA - New England / Hazy
Double Dry Hopped Cliffside Push takes the cliff even higher. Brewed with Citra, Sabro and NZ hops, we then pushed it to a new level with a secondary dose of hops for even more mango, piña colada, and citrusy pine.

We implemented a different experimental dry hopping technique for this DIPA which brought intense aromas and flavors of papaya, mango, and orange rind from copious amounts of Mosaic hops.

This Double IPA is as wild in its complexity as the mountains of New Zealand. Featuring Nectaron and Kohatu hops for aromas of spritzy white wine, soft lemon cake and tropical mangosteen.

Massive additions of Dolcita, Dolcita Cryo, and hand-selected Citra meet a thiol-enhancing yeast strain to create an explosion of ripe peach, mango nectar, and vibrant citrus.
